Flytipping in a narrow corridor existing between private parking and garages, and private land. Unsure who owns the land. Corridor is used by wildlife, and the rubbish is attracting rats and foxes. Corridor is also used by many local pet cats, and the odd badger, which may be endangered by the rubbish. Tipping includes household waste (black bin liners) and some items from household renovations (plastic pipes, etc). Unsure how long it has been there. Mostly piled up against the wall bounding the parking end of the corridor, indicating it is being dumped from that end.
