Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1622414.
Barbed wire on fence immediately adjoining public highway from Harlicks Hill property extending approximately 200 yards west to field gate entrance, including around a blind bend. There is a real danger of injury to unwary pedestrians or livestock using this busy road. Contrary to Section 164 of the Highways Act 1980 which says that barbed wire on land adjoining a public highway must not cause a nuisance to humans or animals using the highway.
