Can't use public footpath it's blocked.

Someone had a bright idea of dumping road chippings on the footpath and making in unsafe and dangerous to navigate. It's the only safe option to walk from Puckeridg to St Edmunds college or colliers end. Wished the council highways would start using there brains in regards to the appealing roadwork situation in Puckeridg and standon. Unless it's a fly tip.
