Bad road vibration when heavier vehicles drive down road.

Every day since I have lived here the vibration has been felt but since the council has fixed numerous water leaks in our road and traffic has become busier the road vibration has been significantly worse making the while house shudder windows shake door rattle and wake us up early hours of the mornings with the noise and drone. We have noticed many more cracks in our walls it is quite a concern who do we talk to.
