Parking on the pavement on a junction, obstructing view in and out of the Spinney

Parking on a pavement, at the entrance to the spinney London Rd Newport, blocking the safe entrance and exit from the spinney. This is a recent occurrence and continues due to the owner of the car recently moving into the house at the entrance to the spinney. This has now become a permanent obstacle over the last month.

    Yet again we find ourselves raising concerns about consistent dangerous parking. our initial concerns we passed to Uttlesford council, by FixMyStreet, which we are grateful for. Oh, but guess what, the reply was, it is not their responsibility and will pass onto "North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP). NEPP" The car moved for a couple of days and has now started parking there again.
