Car parking meter (machine 24) not working correctly

Two problems with the car parking meter need correcting

1- Car parking meter (machine 24) does not issue free tickets for 20 minute stays. Once the car registration number is typed into the machine, the machine attempts to connect to the server but timeouts after 2 minutes. Issue has been present since early April, probably when Harrow Council replaced the Ringo parking service with PaybyPhone parking service.

2- Website stated on machine (to report problems) is incorrct as the web page does not exist. ( does not exist. This is misleading to the citizen and needs to be corrected on all pay abd display parking meters in Harrow. Please update signage on this machine and all other pay and display machines in the Borough with the correct Web address.
