A woman with a horse box has used our residential road to load and unload her horses to the field opposite Bec Tithe RG8.On two occasions in the last few days each time these horses have left behind Droppings of which the owner Made no attempt to clean up. We are very quiet Cul de Sac where small children are allowed to practice riding their bykes in the road. We all take a pride in our road we keep our pavements clean and weeded, we remove our bins to our back gardens, and 99 %of us park our cars on our own property. We have only had the street cleaned by the council 3 times in the 10 years that I have lived here. Surely they must be some way of stopping this from happening ,it is utterly disgusting. This happened last year and again I was greeted with abuse .Dog are not allowed to defecate in the street neither are humans so horse owners should also be responsible for cleaning up after their animals in a residential Street. I have no way of Knowing whether This Email will ever arrive at the right Department every time I try I am told to try some where else,is this a way of passing the Buck making it so difficult that we will not complain
