If people press button lights skip

Sent to Hampshire County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1615595.

When waiting to turn right into heritage way from fareham road. If someone presses the button for the pedestrian crossing the lights don't turn green I have had to wait for 3 turns of the lights if pedestrians are crossing. This also makes the traffic build up towards brockhurst roundabout.
