Parking in cul de sac of single track road

The turning point in Quaker Road is used as additional parking. This is hampering deliveries to all of the houses in the road as vans/lorries cannot turn around at the top of what is a single track road. It is particularly dangerous as it would also hamper emergency vehicles needing to exit the road quickly.
