The vegetation is overgrown

The vegetation has completely overgrown the path. Even for one person it is now difficult to pass. This pavement is the only one for this road and is used by people with pushchairs regularly. As a result of the pavement being unusable the only option is to use the road which is unsafe. The vegetation is a hazard to small children as it is at eye level.
