Car Parked Illegally on pavement obstructing view when turning out of the Spinney. Making it very dangerous to pull out into speeding traffic as you cannot see. This is also stopping you pass on the pavement and have to walk in road to pass.

Making it very dangerous to pull out of The Spinney into speeding traffic as you cannot see. This is also stopping you pass on the pavement and have to walk in road to pass.
