Constantly blocked roundabout

Sent to Kent County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1612920.

Long tailbacks caused mainly by drivers blocking entry and departure on the roundabout, I think this could be helped by "do not enter until access clear" boxes, and also getting coast bound traffic into one lane well before the actual roundabout, with another retail outlet now open at Kippings Cross the whole area needs a sensible look at.
