The alley way behind the flats at 8-10 Ethebert Terrace Margate is disgusting and needs to be cleaned up straight away. Local residents just walk there dogs in this alley way and allow there dogs to mess in this area, I feel this is a health hazard now. I see Thanet council have cameras all over the place to catch fly tipping and residents dropping cigarette butts on the floor so fine them to earn money they need to direct some of these resources into catching the irresponsible residents that allow there pets to foul this area.

Absolutely disgusting. I was in the area at the weekend and people take there dogs there to go a toilet. Thanet council are more concerned of using directional cameras to catch motorists and fine them instead of dealing with residents using the alleys for there dogs to leave mess everywhere.

Thanet council should be ashamed of themselves. Residents just walk there dogs into the alley ways to go a toilet.
