Roundabout by Wexham Park Hospital (entering roundabout off of Stoke Green)

To whom it may concern, I use this roundabout a fair bit and go across it correctly (from Stoke Green to Church Lane) using the left hand lane (from Stoke Green), but more often than not I end up being almost shunted off by people who seem to think it's ok to use the right hand lane to go straight over a roundabout that isn't marked out. The roundabout is angled slightly when going straight across using the roads mentioned, so the right hand lane (on Stoke green) becomes the lazy option to go straight across (which is probably why people do it) and goes from 2 lanes on the Stoke Green side, to one lane on the Church Lane side. I propose this roundabout could do with arrow markings on the Stoke Green side of the road and either have- A) the 'left lane' as a 'left turn only', with 'right lane' being for 'right turns' and 'straight across' or B) the 'right lane' as a 'right turn only', with 'left lane' being for 'left turns' and 'straight across' Ideally 'option A' would be the advisable option, like I have said, the roundabout has a very harsh angle on it which makes people use the right lane for going straight across, but it would be nice to actually have an official marking on the road stating this as it's only a matter of time before a collision occurs. I hope this suggestion helps. Kind regards, Lee
