Falling corrugated metal fence

Reported by Mark Hanley at 13:38, Thursday 25 April 2019

Sent to Southampton City Council 2 minutes later

The corrugated steel fence between Simon Way and Coles fair ground store ( access through Candy Lane ) has virtually falling into Simon Way due the high winds over recent weeks, the timbers holding the very large corrugated sheets up are all rotten , corrugated sheets are flapping in the wind causing a danger to people ,cars and property . The fence has been bodged up over the years , its now beyond repair/bodging and a server danger . Residents of Simon Way should not have to put up with the danger or the eye sore to the street to which this has become. Needs to be correctly repaired or replaced asap .
