Street light not worked in years plus creating an eyesore and preventing vital tree surgery

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. It looks to be column 3 where the arrow is but i want to be sure beofre the fault is raised

Many thanks , the light hasnt been repaired as we are unsure which has failed and havent yet raised a fault, we have provided a map, could you locate the correct unit for us. As soon as we have this we will send a crew out to ensure its left working. We thought it could be unit 3 ? Any help is appreciated to keep you in light
