Cars constantly parked on pavements and blocking the exit so we have to go drive out the dangerous side

Sent to Kingston upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later

Cars are often parked on pavements around the area especially at the exit point. Was blocked so no one can get out have to go via the entrance, it's one way and it's dangerous. Furniture left abandoned.
