Builders rubble back alley between Waterloo Terrace and Poulton Stree

Builders rubble dumped has been there over a year. You can see as you are walking down the back alley between Waterloo Terrace and Poulton Street towards the pub end it will be on your left. There is also some further up towards Francis Street. We'd be very grateful if you could remove this as it is dangerous for our children as well as being an eyesore.
