Eastleigh Borough Council, Eastleigh Parish, Hampshire County Council and Test Valley inform me that the land on the corner of Taw Drive and Foyle Road does not belong to them. I have been cutting the bushes back for fourteen years but I’m not up to it any more as I am now disabled. Can you please inform me who is responsible for the maintenance of the bushes.
