Black rubbish bags and tyres dumped at side of road. this could cause rat infestation and very unsightly to others when accessing NWR depot.

I noticed yesterday as I was making my way to NWR depot along Cowlairs road that further fly tipping had occurred (bedding more black bags etc) it seems know one has attended to remove these unsightly items.
