Loading/unloading 'recovery' lorries

'Lorry reg FD04 DXE unloaded on corner of Wesfield Ave with ramps overlapping the double yellow lines. The car, BK58 UWZ, was then parked outside 128 Burleigh Avenue and had trade plates added front and back (latter covering the number plate). It was then loaded onto another 'recovery ' lorry which was then driven to replace the one on the corner of Westfield Ave. At the same time, YTBO6 SYU and a white van NA63 XCF were parked across the corner of Burleigh Ave and the Crescent. Whenwill this operator be persuaded to move to industrial premises with his business
