Constant rubbish, cigarette ends outside businesses

May I suggest that the business owners of Tesco, Magic Wok, Best One and Westinghouse Laundry on the Oxford Road and/or the street cleaners pay attention to the state of the pavements and curbs outside these businesses. The neighbourhood is a disgrace. This problem has been ongoing for many years.
