Vehicle left after moving from address. Owner no longer lives in the area.

Reported in the Abandoned Vehicles category anonymously at 20:52, Mon 15 April 2019

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later

The vehicle's owner used to live in the close but moved some time ago but has left the vehicle there. He has left a note on the dashboard as to mobile no etc and I have texted him and spoken to him. He said the vehicle would be moved over last few weeks but nothing has happened. I've asked him to pick the vehicle up and after repeated texts and calls he hasn't responded now.

Please is it possible to get it removed. I can provide mobile number of the owner.

  • Further to this I understand he has moved from the area at end of last year and been promising to move it for a number of weeks now. I am not sure it is even driveable. I suggest we give him till the 10th May and then I will update again requesting it be removed.
