There is now regular dumping of rubbish in Stoneleigh Road, Tottenham N17 outside the rear of Haringey Law Centre building; the entrance to which is in Holcombe Market.

Dumped waste previously reported here was cleared. On 23 May 2019 new waste bags appeared.
I and other local residents have pointed out that this is now a regular dumping location,
Why would anyone illegally leave their waste here and risk a large fine? I haven't seen them doing it, so haven't asked them. I can guess that some people may see it as a "normal" place where waste is stored before collection and disposal. Also that the chances of being detected are slim.
It may also be part of a currently widespread practice - established over several years - that all waste not collected from homes by Haringey Borough Council will still be cleared if left on the streets or other public or semi-public places.
FixMyStreet asks the question: has this problem been fixed? A partial answer is: Yes, dumping is cleared when reported. But also: No. The problem continues with fresh dumping.
