Illuminated signs not working

Reported in the Road traffic signs category by A. Luther at 17:35, Friday 12 April 2019

Sent to Liverpool City Council 5 minutes later

On Longmoor Lane [A506] there are four illuminated signs which are supposed to light up to 'remind' you that you are exceeding the 30mph limit. Either everyone is very good and keeps below 30mph (clue: they don't) or the signs have either never been commissioned or they just don't work. They are fairly new, too, but I've never seen them work even when people have gone past them over 30mph.

Photo from Streetview to help with location ID; they are between Newhall and the Shell petrol station.
