Loose manhole cover

A manhole cover opposite 36 East India Dock Rd is loose. This rattles every time a bus drives over it and that is 24 hours a day. It requires tightening or fixing to prevent continuous disturbance which affects people who live next to it when they sleep and during the day. It has been there since we bought the property in Feb 2019. The photo doesn't say much but it shows where it is.
