  • You believe no further action is required at this time? Well the graffiti is still there. When will action be required? Is there a timeframe? Your teams have rectified in past which is why I reported it again. Broken windows scenario and all that.

  • Because you’ve started charging £50 to remove it! When did this change come into effect?

  • Hi there, thanks for making the report and for your patience. There seems to have been some confusion here on behalf our of our new Service Provider for Graffiti Removal, who commenced on 1st April 2019. I have requested that the Service Provider, Veolia, make contact with you again to discuss removal, but rest assured, there will be no charge to do so (assuming you are happy for us to do it). I will also take up the broader issue with them to make sure this message has not been repeated to any other customers, residents or businesses. Kind regards, DH 26/04/2019.
