Continuous anti-social parking

The cul-de-sac at the end of Cherry Garden lane is being used more and more for parking, blocking in residents and causing arguments amongst residents. Where people have tried to park 2 cars to a drive some still overhang the close blocking in cars and some residents have been parking across the road (not on their drive) in an attempt to avoid being blocked in and as a result blocking in others, and in some cases parking 3 cars in a line to the drive. The over flow car park is being turned into houses. There is a large concreted area at the end of the road which if used could help with giving more parking space. The situation has been getting worse over the last year.

This never got sorted, the car park is now new housing on Frambury Lane, anti-social parking has gotten worse.
When will the unused area at the end of the road be changed to allow for parking?, all other spaces on CGL have allowed for more parking
Terribly disappointing in the people and the council who continue to allow them to behave the way they do, Newport council seem too busy playing Facebook politics or otherwise just simply don't care
