Mud on road/pavement by bus stop (B3400)

Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1598285.

The section of the B3400 between the Twinings roundabout and the Picket Twenty roundabout needs cleaning, there has been construction mud on the side of the road for months. The pavement by the bus stop is also heavily soiled since they've completed some pipe works along the road.
