Dangerously low tree bough

On Kingwood Common at the junction of Stevens lane and the Stoke Row road in Rotherfield Peppard there is an overhanging cherry tree bough that hangs across part of the road. The bough has already been hit and damaged by a high vehicle. The bough needs to be cut back using high access and a chainsaw.
