1 square metre of rising soft tarmac after water leak blocking driveway.

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 11:16, Monday 8 April 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxford City Council 4 minutes later

Last Thursday night for a number of hours a group of workman repaired a water leak in the main road in front of our driveway. The repair to the road surface has not been completed properly. The surface is soft, cracking and rising ever higher. It has become impossible for the 4 vehicles entering and exiting to avoid colliding with the road surface. I fear that our vehicles are being damaged and I suspect that our regular journeys over this soft surface along with the regular transit of buses will lead to a catastrophic collapse of the road surface. The situation is causing significant danger to our vehicles and potentially to persons driving and cycling over it.
