Entirely faded lane markings

All of the lane markings around this roundabout and the approaches have heavily faded, so much so that they are invisible.

Given the nature of traffic on this roundabout, and the slightly odd lane priorities, this leads to extensive confusion and lots of near misses. However this morning I saw two vehicles come into contact alongside each other due to lanes being unclear.
