Over filled permanently left out on pavement bins

Reported via Android in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 15:00, Fri 5 April 2019

Sent to Hull City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1595205.

Number 17 Blaydes Street is an HMO with many people living in what appeared to be a 3 bed house. The rubbish overflows each week and the recycling hasn't been collected this week.

A pushchair is left out on they pavement all the time but used by the occupant's still.

Also the children have been playing football outside a lot lately and this has coincided with several smashed car windows/ windscreens in the recent few weeks. It's had just been replaced due to a crack and I've just seen another car with a cracked windscreen too parked near 17.

English may or may not be spoken by occupant's.

  • I have advised Waste Management of the bin issues, asking them to send a letter however we would be unable to investigate the ball games issues as there are no signs prohibiting ball games in the area, we would advise to speak to the landlord/management company.
