This white Ford Focus car has appeared on the road, it doesn’t belong to any of the residents. It is facing the wrong way and parked adjacent to driveways. Finches is a cul-de-sac and it is preventing me from reversing out safely. It is also preventing my husband from parking legally outside our house on the correct side due to the inconsiderate positioning.
