Footpath in disrepair

80% of this footpath got re-gravelled before Xmas. When it’s the remaining 200 or so meters being done? It’s covered in mud and tree debris, it’s barely wide enough to walk on, in the rain it’s impossible to use with covering yourself in mud or walking through massive puddles.
With the lower half of the path in such quality condition now it’s been repaired it’s disappointing the final part of it has been left in such a bad state.
