The Newtown Road Street Sign knocked down

Reported in the Street nameplates category anonymously at 20:26, Thursday 4 April 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

About 6.30pm today 04/04/19 I witnessed a white transit van with the livery Newdigate Builders, VRM LN64 JTX have a road traffic accident on Newtown Road, Bedworth, travelling towards Coventry when he hit the car in front and veered onto the pavement knocking the 'Newtown Road' street sign down. The location of the incident is near to the junction of Ambleside Road. I would like the street sign to be fixed and the driver of the vehicle to pay for it. The driver's name was Jake Wood.
