Potholes in both lanes of road
Reported in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 21:11, Tue 2 April 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1592389.
Pothole on East side of zebra crossing. Situated directly in secondary cycling position and therefore a risk to cyclists. Pothole in eastbound lane part of a larger patch of poorly repaired road. This has been reported before, but previous attempts to fill hole have lasted a matter of days, and have served only to enlarge the hole. Pothole in westbound lane developing in recent weeks.

Following rain all day on Friday 16 August this pothole on the busy main road has deepened and is now extremely hazardous to cyclists, cars and buses. It will impact Ralph Allen school children cycling home when the new term starts on 2 September. An urgent inspection is needed please.

This pothole is still getting deeper. Debris is flying out from whatever cars hit the pothole. Urgent repair required.

Recent potholes have been crudely patched. These will no doubt break-up and reappear in due course. This whole section of road needs resurfacing: suggest ~20m each side of zebra crossing, both lanes. There are cracks developing west of the crossing in the centre of the carriageway. The road surface does not provide a suitable breaking zone ahead of a pedestrian crossing.
