No give way lines that i believe to of caused a accident

At the junction of hough end avenue there is no give way lines and blind turning. i beleive thats one of the resons i was invold in a collision. I was on my bicycle going down hill and a car came up at the junction and slowed but never stopped before she pulled out. I thought her intention was to stop at the juction. I hit the driver side door. It was an elderly driver so she might not of noticed it was a junction beacuase there is no give way lines. I was injured and damage to my bike which i bought brand new that day.
