Dropped kerb needed

Reported by Marianne Overton MBE at 20:36, Thu 28 March 2019

Sent to North Kesteven District Council 4 minutes later

One - - - on the footpath (west side of A607) by Coronation Island opposite the Primary School. The footpath runs on the west side of the A607, round the end of Hill View (dwelling directly on the corner), along the south end of Hill View. There is a break in the footpath to allow access into The George Car Park and picks up on the other side. There is no drop in the kerb there to get off the footpath down to road level The footpath is also very narrow which does not allow enough space to do 90 degree turn in a buggy/wheelchair to drop straight off the kerb - very easy to become unbalanced.

Second - - on the south side of the junction A607/Rectory Lane - no dropped kerb. This one is causing problems particularly just now as our new Rector's husband (suffers from MS and can only get around in a wheelchair) , who does a lot of support work in the community and needs to move around the village frequently.
