4 lights in one area are never on. This means that CCTV is not use regarding vandalism. Cars are regularly being vandalised on High Road Near Williamson's Look out.Today vandals have ripped up a huge barrier and just left it.Children just about to clear up rubbish have found possibility of drug use. This area is getting worse and worse and lighting would help as a deterrent
