Unsightly tree - outside my house . offshoots scratch my car outside.

Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 11:29, Wednesday 27 March 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later

Have lived twenty years with the most unsightly tree outside my house. offshoots scratch car doors, tree has become taller than desired, tree never blossoms or provides attractive foilage. Please could someone plant a flowering/blossoming tree like most others in the road and remove this car-scratching ugly specimen. I would be very grateful. thank you.
