Broken pavement around tree pot

The pavement and kerb surrounding the new tree that has been planted outside 35 Oak Tree Gardens is badly damaged and is a potential safety risk for pedestrians. Please would you arrange for the tree pot to be restored and the surrounding area repaired.

For information, the order for this repair remains outstanding within our contractor's planned schedule of work. Further arrangements are currently being undertaken to provide traffic management and/or the necessary specialist equipment in order to undertake the works.
