Noisy drain cover.

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1583463.

Some workmen came and lifted the drain cover the other day and on replacing it they have put it back in the wrong way. So now every time a car goes past we hear this massive metal clanging noise.

Updates

  • Men from Anglian water turned up and moved the drain cover around so it stopped making the very loud banging. I’m not sure but it would appear it has been moved again and my out back in the right place as it’s now making the noise again! Please come back and sort it out again. Thank you.

  • Again workmen turned up today and thought hoorah finally this noise that is keeping me awake at night and wakes me up in the morning will be sorted... but no... still making a noise so this site clearly doesn’t work. Where do I go to now? PLEASE STOP THIS DRAIN COVER BANGING!!!
