These are just a fraction of the hedges around washingborough that need cutting back. in places i have to walk on the road while my dog is on the footpath to get past. people just dont care anymore. years ago they would be warned then billed for the work carried out to rectify the problem if they didnt do the work themselves. please bring this option back so we can walk our dogs safely on the public footpaths. cars parked on the footpaths are also a big problem. i will squeeze past but dis abled in there buggies and parents with push chairs cannt get past this is totally wrong people just dont care anymore. they cause a danger to the public walking round on the road to get past the vehicle. drivers seem to have there own law and forget what they were taught whilst learning. start booking them and they will soon stop this bad practice.
