Please can someone put notices up, cameras and or bags for people to pick up their dogs fouling! Twice ive witnessed the same person letting their dog foul outside my car/house and walk away! Its starting to annoy many residents! I don't see any signs or anything which makes it worse!!! I have pictures for proof!
