At the gate to Haynes Road Worthing allotments there is a public waste bin. At 9.25am Sunday 24/3/19 I witnessed the plotholder of number 18 plot deposit some strips of white plastic on the ground next to the bin. This took place 5 minutes after some other waste had been cleared by the waste disposal collection. This is not the first time this plotholder has flytipped allotment waste at this location.
