Traffic camera flashing

Sent to Leicester City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1580960.

Don't know if it is a speed camera or red light camera but the camera on junction of Lutterworth Road and Soar Valley Way (as if you are heading towards Fosse Park) is flashing indiscriminately when traffic is not speeding or passing through the red light.
