Oak Tree outside 11 & 13 Wolsey Road - lower branches need trimming back as BT wires are all catching and rubbing in branches

We have had to have new BT wiring last year and there is approx 3 properties where wire from telegraph pole is tangling up in lower branches - please can we have the canopy highered to reduce disruption and risk of no phone service - elderly residents - thank you.
