A bin is in place here without a lid/cover. High winds mean th rubbish from this bin is continually swept into my garden. The beds are overflowing with rubbish from a prolonged time period. Please could this bin be removed or changed so that the rubbish is contained.

Rubbish bin with no lid, not emptiend frequently enoughy. Highly windy location. The contents of the ben empties into the garden of residents facing the bin.
