  • When your contractors finally turn up to deal with this issue, could they also deal with the pot hole in Pound Court Drive that has developed about 100m away towards the green near the post box.

  • We ask that new and separate occurrences of issues are logged as new reports to avoid conflicting information or updates and ensure the information is passed promptly to our contractor. Please log the issue via https://fix.bromley.gov.uk as a new report using the map marker and description to detail where the issue is located. Please note that if the location you wish to mark is already occupied by a pin, you can hide the map pins via the button in the bottom left or you can click a nearby free section of the map to drop your green reporting pin so that all other yellow pins indicating existing reports disappear, you can then click and drag your green pin to the correct location and continue submitting your report.

  • The information supplied is insufficient to pinpoint the area of deterioration. Specific problems will be investigated with location details or they will be identified as part of the cycle of routine safety inspections of all publicly maintained highways to ensure that maintenance is undertaken as effectively and efficiently as possible.

State changed to: No further action

  • Although your contractors have repaired two strips at this location they have missed a pothole right next to the repaired areas (on the zig-zag zebra crossing lines). Would you please inspect this work and get the contractors back to finish the job properly. The white lines at this junction also need reinstating.

  • This is not a new or separate issue. It is the same area of road that was the subject of my original report in March, but your contractors have only partly dealt with it, as you will see if you inspect the location.

  • Please log this is a new report to ensure it can be picked up and assessed by our Highways Team. The location was originally inspected and any issues at intervention levels raised for repair. Any further deterioration should be logged as a new report to avoid conflicting information and confusion with other comments which have been left.
